Full Description:
DLLAide(TM) utility software provides you with an answer to DLL hell.
DLL hell occurs when one application disables or adversely affects others by installing an incompatible dynamic link library, or DLL, file. A dynamic link library, in Windows, is a file that contains a collection of routines that may be called by multiple programs or applications. System corruption occurs in one of two ways. Firstly, an application installs an older DLL over a newer one. This causes applications that require the newer DLL to fail. Secondly when a newer DLL is properly installed but an existing application on the PC won't work with the newer version.
This has long been an outstanding problem with Windows. DLLAide(TM) utility software allows you to address this problem for Windows.
DLLAide(TM) utility software allows you to check that old DLL files, have not unknowingly replaced newer DLL files upon install of applications, and allows you to reinstate the newer versions
It also allows you to change installed DLL versions for other versions of the same DLL that were on the PC when DLLAide(TM) utility software was first installed, or have been subsequently installed.
It provides you with this functionality by maintaining an archive of the DLLs on your PC.
If you are a user of Windows then you should install DLLAide(TM) utility software as soon as possible to avoid DLL hell occuring. According to the author "It is as essential as anti Virus
software".
A commercial version of DLLAide which also supports ME/NT4/2000/XP/2003 is available from www.dllaide.com.
