Web Page Builder Toolkit is a collection of utilities to help the beginner add advaced features to his website. The program uses simple fill-in forms to generate copy-and-paste code for mouseover buttons, popup windows, frames, 3D logos, hover links, colored scrollbars, email forms, tables and meta tags. Also includes a point-and-read HEX color wheel, a selection of page templates and blank link buttons and a list of free web hosts. These 9 basic features may be used for free: 3D logo, hover links, forms, tables meta tags, color wheel, buttons, sample page and web host list. Six advanced functions are disabled until purchase: mouseover button, popup window, stylesheet links, frames, color scrollbar and page templates.
