Total web and developed in Java, has a simple and intuitive interface, in a way that technicians, supervisors and the users can easily taking advantage of all the offered functionalities. SOS presents a series of advantages in relation to the market competitors: Attendance levels, Cadasters, Emails customized, Addicional fields, SLA, Knowledgement base, Forum, Opinion research, Indicators and reports, The power in the users hands, Activities log, Importation/Exportation, Orders archive, Technological environment. SOS is a application 100% Web and developed in Java, requiring a relationary database (MySQL, PostgreeSQL, Oracle, DB2..) and a Java applications server (Tomcat, Websphere, Resin,..). It can be implanted in a low cost architecture: Linux + Tomcat + MySQL.
