IconMasterXP is capable of converting 13 different image formats into icons and vice versa. These formats include: PNG, BMP, WBMP, PSD, ICO, TIF, TGA, PCX, WMG, EMF, JPG, J2K, PNM. Icons can be converted into and from these formats. Draw your icon in your favorite graphic processor, save it and simply import your saved file with IconMasterXP, press Export button â?? and you can choose any of the above-mentioned formats. Although you can convert images between any of these formats, IconMasterXP is traditionally specialized in creating Windows Icons. Of course, IconMasterXP supports all color-depth formats and all sizes; you can start with only one 32-bit icon with alpha channel and make all other icons with different sizes and colors out of that very first icon. Making raw icons is not the only thing IconMasterXP does â?? it also has some advanced editing features and special effects, such as gamma correction, threshold, colorize and more. There are also antialiased rotation and scaling features with five interpolation methods. And, of course, it is all 100% compatible with alpha channel which is used by Windows XP Icons!
